Welcome to Gratitude art.es
First of all I would like to thank you for visiting Gratitude Art.es and for giving me the opportunity to explain what Gratitude Art is all about.
For many years I have been reading self-help/spiritual books from which I have learned and developed my attitude and sense of self. I truly believe that it is important to stay positive and to vibrate on the right level in order to attract good thing and – less commonly mentioned but equally important - to be grateful every single day.
However, just knowing and practicing these methods wasn’t enough and I found it difficult to stay focused on a consistent basis! I needed a way to remind me – every day – to keep vibrating positive vibrations.
At first I put up post-it notes around the house to remind me… it looked very messy and every time the wind entered the room they flew off the walls and landed everywhere. If I had people visiting that were not “into all this” it was kind of embarrassing with my small notes saying things like “Enjoy Life”, “All is well in my world” and “Trust the universe”.
Then came my 5 euro corkboard where I pinned clippings from magazines about all the things I wanted to attract. Again, making an untidy clutter of my living space…y
So I thought; There has got to be a better way to remind myself – a way that would decorate my house instead of messing it up, a way that would not make me look ‘weird’ when ‘non-believers’ came to visit me.
Being a graphic designer, I began to think about what I could create as a decorative reminder and I came up with Gratitude Art.
It started with decorating my own home. Every morning when I opened my eyes, the first place I would look was at the Gratitude Canvas in my bedroom and I started to feel the effect and the power of the words. Then I created another canvas for my living room to make sure power-words were surrounding me – and looking great at the same time.

En primer lugar me gustaría daros las gracias por visitar gratitudeart.es y ofrecerme la oportunidad de explicar el significado de Gratitude Art. Catálogo Gratitude Art
Durante muchos años he leído libros de auto ayuda espiritual de los cuales he aprendido y definido mi actitud y forma de ser. Realmente creo en la importancia de mantenerse positivo y vibrar en el nivel adecuado para atraer lo bueno y – aunque no tan mencionado pero igual de importante – dar las gracias a diario.
Sin embargo simplemente saber y poner en práctica estos conocimientos no era suficiente y mantenerme constantemente centrada me suponía mucho esfuerzo. Necesitaba algo para recordármelo – todos los días – para seguir con mis vibraciones positivas.
Para empezar, puse notitas post-it por toda la casa para recordármelo… Estaba todo desordenado y cada vez que soplaba un poco de aire en la habitación volaban por todas partes y terminaban el los lugares más escondidos. Cuando había visita en casa que no estaba interesado en “este mundo” era un poco vergonzante cuando les caían encima mis notitas de “Disfruta de la Vida”, “Todo está bien en mi mundo” y “Confía en el universo”.
Por consiguiente llegó mi tablón de corcho de 5€ donde pegaba recortes de revistas sobre todas las cosas que quería atraer. De nuevo con desorden en mi espacio vital…
Así que pensé: Tiene que haber una mejor manera de recordarme – una manera de decorar mi casa en lugar de desordenarlo, una manera de no hacerme parecer “rara” cuando no-creyentes venían a visitarme.
Siendo diseñadora gráfica, empecé a pensar en que podría crear como un recordatorio creativo, fue entonces cuando se me ocurrió la idea de Gratitude Art.
Comencé decorando mi propia casa. Cada mañana cuando me despertaba el primer sitio a donde miraba era el lienzo de gratitud de mi habitación y empecé a notar su efecto y el poder de las palabras. Entonces creé otro lienzo para mi salón para asegurar que me rodeaban palabras poderosas – y decorar mi entorno a la misma vez.
Espero que los productos que encuentra en gratitudeart.es tengan el mismo efecto positivo como tuvieron en mi y en mi vida, y ayudaros a manteneros gratos, positivos y centrados.
